ReplyDeleteपूर्वी चंपारण पहाड़ पुर में इब्राहिम पुर गांव में बिजली महीनो महीनों सीरीज बिजली रहती है ।लाइन मैन तो आता नहीं कंप्लेन करने पर privet लाइन मैन आता है जो रुपया लेता है ।बना कर चला जाता है फिर सीरीज हो जाता है।और बिजली बिल बहुत ज्यादा आता है।एक तो गांव में मिट्टी तेल नहीं मिल रहा ऊपर से बिजली की समस्या ।क्या हमलोगों का इसी तरह से शोषण आपलोगो के द्वारा होता रहेगा।

सर मैं मधुबनी जिले के अंधराठाढ़ी ब्लॉक के हरि गांव से विवेकानंद झा बोल रहा हूं मेरा मीटर नंबर NB 58 80975 कस्टमर आईडी 11 2101 580 396 है मेरे मीटर में कोई भी नंबर नहीं आ रहा सिर्फ ऑक्टोपस लिख रहा है यह ढाई महीने से प्रॉब्लम है जो अक्टूबर का बिल जनरेट हुआ था 378 यूनिट का उसके बाद से यह प्रॉब्लम आ रहा है कई बार कंप्लेन भी किया जो कंप्लेंट नंबर है 1002 860 922 लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्रवाई नहीं हुई और जनवरी महीने का बिल मेरे घर पर आकर नोट भी नहीं किया क्योंकि मेरा मीटर में कुछ दिखाई नहीं रहा है और 290 यूनिट का बिल लम सम करके भेज दिया है सर मैं इसको कैसे मान लूं प्लीज मेरी समस्या का समाधान किया जाए कितना जमा करें

ब्लॉक में भी कंप्लेन किये लेकिन कुछ फयाद नही हुआ।

मेरा बिजली बिल बिना रीडिंग के मौखिक मनमाने ढंग से बनाया जा रहा है।
किसी माह मे 1 युनिट जबकि किसी माह मे 109 युनिट का मैसेज मेरे मोबाइल पर आता है।जबकि अभी तक मात्र 22 युनिट ही रीडिंग है 154 युनिट का बिल मेरे मोबाइल पर घर बैठे भेजा गया हैं।
मैं सुधारने के लिए दर दर की ठोकर खा रहा हूँ।
इसलिए मेरे मीटर का साफ चित्र के साथ मेरा बिल सुधार किया जाए।ताकि मै अपना बिजली बिल जमा कर सकूँ।

Near by street school goes through this road & feel Unsafe due to damaged supported electric pole. I am Also unable to tuchup my house wall due to mishapping.
In past approx 20- years the department of electicity is Fitted a supporting Electric pole, with that straight first Electric pole but till date both pole is goes curved in Direction of road & my house.

I am kind requested to you replace the damaged electric

Please restore our supply at earliest.
And take strict actions against those who are guilty.
Yesterday I did complain at 8 pm dated 17/06/19 for correcting electric supply they told me it will be done with in one hour but there is no response for correction till now. I did call to complain no. 9264456407 and j.e.e no.7763814823 every hour.we are suffering this type of problems every day but there is no correction in NBPDCL. So my humble request to you please take action against NBPDCL.

ReplyDeleteSir, had written on 15.07.2019 regarding power supply in Bhatta Durgabari, Purnea through transformer situated near Sulabh Sauchakaya, lakan Chowk. Power supply to domestic consumer is very pathetic. No development has been made as yet. A new transformer is also installed a few month back near Shanker Chowk to share the load but no connection is made as yet saying " technical problem". But a few consumer has been connected on pick n choose basis. Can u please take necessary corrective steps. Regards , A k Singh

ReplyDeleteसर मेरा बिजली बिल बहुत ही काफी आ रहा है और मैं कंप्लेंट करके बहुत परेशान हूं मैंने कई बार कंप्लेंट किया है लेकिन इसका कोई फायदा नहीं सर बहुत ही दिनों से हमने कंप्लेंट किया है लेकिन यहां का कोई स्टाफ कोई रिस्पांस नहीं लेते हैं सर हम गरीब लोग बीपीएल परिवार के हैं और अभी तक में मेरा बिजली बिल लम सम 9001 लम सम आ रहा है जोकि सर बहुत ही काफी है और एक बात और कोई रीडिंग करने के लिए मीटर रीडिंग करने के लिए भी नहीं आता है और ऐसे ही बिल भेज भेज देता है अनाप-शनाप बिन भेजने के बावजूद हम लोग जब कंप्लेंट करते हैं तो उसमें भी कोई सुधार नहीं होता है सर आप से निवेदन है कि जल्द से जल्द मेरी समस्या को निपटारा करें और मेरा सही बिजली बिल भेजने का कृपा करें मैं देवघर सिंह मानसी चक हुसैनी सैनी वार्ड नंबर 11

My complaint is that as other village the position of electric is very worse in my village about 6 to 7 yrs but there is no action from electric department of my area
I think that only 10 days electric supply out of 1 month due to many reason like problem in 11000 and the quality of wire is so bad
The electric bill never comes but from 1 yrs due to pm yogna some new meters are given and only their bills are accepted not the old one
Mainly i want to say that some steps should be taken that all consumers can get electric properly and pay their bill regularly or where should i contact for this problem

Hamare area me dholi fider se bijli supply ki jati hai. Is fider se partidin hum logon ko 8se10 ghanta bijli kat kar rakha jata hai. Complain karne per bhi koi parbhao nahi hota hai or apni manmani se bijli di jati hai. Wahan ke phone number se bhi baat nahi kiya jata hai . Pratidin kuch kuch bahana bana kar linekat kar rakha jata hai. Aadhe gaon ka line sujawalpur fider se hai jo ki continue rahta hai. Jisse aadha gaon roushany me Or aadha gaon andhere me rahta hai. It is to inform you that one sajjan Kumar Poddar son of parmanand Poddar residing at West side of nbpdcl office katihar running a heavy machine for making Dona plates etc in his house with his dad connection and so that voltage of this locality always fluctuate for prevention of this type of electricity theft various times complaint send by post and online but there is not any action taken by your office katihar due to they are contract with each other. This is right from yours policy .

At last I complained online to 1912.Online complaint no is-1004865415.but I have been informed wrong that complaint has been resolved. I met dealing employee Himansu ji, of Sonpur office whose contact no-9334415320 many times physically. I ran after him again a again but he did not correct my wrong bill.
