A) DTC is having Central Control Room at Pragati Maidan which comprises of Central Complaint Cell also. The commuters can report their complaints/suggestions pertaining to DTC buses' operation on telephone nos. 24351763, 9718190047 or through Fax at no. 24351763.

B) DTC is having a Pollution Control Cell for pollution-related complaints (Ph. Nos. 28892006).

C) DTC is having Central Lost Property Section at Scindia House (Ph.No.28844192). Apart from that, there are lost property sections in all the Regions, as per details given below :-

Motorists intimidated by rash driving can also seek redressal from the transport undertaking. Where to complaint * You can lodge a complaint on the tollfree helpline 1800-22-7550. The complaint is usually directed to the traffic wing or to the depot to which the bus is attached. * Another way of lodging a complaint is to write a detailed email, mentioning the date, place and nature of offence along with bus driver's badge number (optional) or the bus registration number/route number and name.
